The “Do Not Call” List is the biggest crock that’s ever been foisted off on the American public. TG for phones that can screen your incoming calls. Ditto for Faxes. And a pox on AT&T for giving off-shore companies numbers to use to call their residential customers. And try filing a complaint with the FCC as I did. It took exactly a year to inform me that “nothing could be done,” because the caller was in the Bahamas.

Question: I have a cheap cell phone that costs me nothing, but isn't always reliable because the transmission cuts in and out..I pay bills by phone & can't rely on this cell to transmit the whole call I'm making.

I also have a land line through AT&T..they also cover my internet service. I use it only when I have to make a secure call. Any suggestions on a cheaper source for a land line, or should I stay with ATT?
