It’s a plurality, not a majority. Hence, no runoff if Lamar! gets 1 vote more than the closest of his opponents. Joe Carr has a tough lift.
Thanks for your response. I did go look and posted the TN Code. Yes it
will be hard for anyone to defeat Lamar when all he needs is one more
than his closes competitor.
