Amen! It’s past time for congress to declare war against the usurping executive and his unconstitutional, lawless open borders “dream act.” The president has created this crisis by inviting the illegals in and promising them amnesty. The congress did not “fail to act” as the president claims, they acted by rejecting his dream act proposal per the demands of their constituents (we the people). And now the president is refusing to enforce the legally enacted laws of the congress and is instead enforcing his own law. The “checks and balances” of the constitution demand that he be impeached for this.
Thank you Jim. Exactly what you have described is what is happening. Congress won’t go along with the fatuous “Dream Act.” So, Obama is simply breaking the law and exposing us all to his lawlessness and the consequences arising from it. And “under the radar,” he plans much more repressive Government.
