NY DHS Will Pay You $500 To Rat Out Fellow Citizens Buying Legal Goods
Truth and Action ^ | July 29 2014

New York’s Division of Homeland Security is posting signs on businesses to encourage people to snitch on fellow citizens who buy such things as MRE’s (Meals Ready to Eat), ammunition, flash lights, match containers, gas masks and other items deemed to be ‘prepper’ in nature.

In this video a girl working at LZ Army Navy Surplus store in Auburn, NY tell us how a state trooper put up a flyer in their window which encourages customers to call the New York State Terrorism Tips Line to report this ‘suspicious activity’ under the as part of the “See Something, Say Something” campaign.

This is obviously nothing more than the beginning of the cultivation of ‘average citizen snitches’ who will rat out on their fellow citizens.

Despot governments have always needed snitches to help control the population. Now with technology the way it is, with our phones, computers and even our dishwashers spying on us, perhaps the need for snitches will be less – but it seems that the tyrannical government that’s currently encroaching still feels the need for them.

SAFE Act update 4/21/14- State Police & DHS classify prepping as "suspicious activity" http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_detailpage&v=ZP3XkqKi9mY

That’s Federal DHS. This is NY State DHS.

Which means that either the two aren’t talking to each other (pretty funny) or they’re operating in collusion to bait people into doing things that get them reported (incredibly duplicitous and sinister)

So now anyone who follows the advice of ready.gov is a potential terrorist to be watched by the collective.

What a stupid country this has become.

What better way to control people than to issue contradictory laws and edicts to snare a many people as possible.

Sort of like the laws out in CA that dictate you must water your lawn but make it illegal to do so.

I wonder if they’ll put this in the ads they’re running to attract business to New York? The annoying ones that say you’ll pay no taxes for 10 years.

Flash lights? I had some but lost them in a boating accident.

Shockingly (to them) what we buy or don't buy is none of their effing business.

Maybe this is some complicated plan to figure out who listens to the radio?

What was thinking...

I’m sure there are a number of “retreats” owned by Bloomberg & friends in the Catskills...

I hear tell that’s been taking place more and more these days – guns and ammo lost in mineshaft accidents, alien abductions of all the contents of a gun safe, firearms lost to black holes.. you name it, it’s happening.

If they ever manage to force through some sort of unconstitutional and obtrusive ‘universal background check’ BS you can bet you bipod that it won’t stop with guns.. next it’ll be ammo then camo clothing, camping gear, first aide supplies.. you name it , they’ll try to control it.

Can’t run a good Communist state without informers in every building....

Sounds like propaganda to make people fearful and mindful of a “misstep.”

Someone on a thread a couple days ago remarked that we should know better post 911 to take pictures of buildings.

Cue the galley scene from Ben Hur.

“Row well, and live.”

It’s always fun to ask those of the left when they deny being a closet Commie to tell you how they are at odds with that evil ideology.

Trust me, they won’t be able to.

And all pervasive surveillance state complete with snitches and informants is part and parcel of the whole
Scene.

I for one am sick and tired of the nation’s fundamental transformation.

If that statement (threat) wasn't a warning sign, an omen, then nothing is.

What was particularly telling was that his supporters cheered. It's what they wanted to hear. It made them squeal in delight.

Obama’s minions have no love for America. They hate her. Their king is Obama.

One weird thing I have noticed more in the past few years, is that people who send out demoncrat vibes (politics may not enter the conversations, but there are tells), act strangely. As in giddy. Oblivious to the degradation all around us. Glass not just half full, but overflowing.

Just a hunch, but I think it's drugs, legal psych stuff that people use to keep up with their lives and lifestyles. Something is plain screwy with a lot of folks. Personalities are changing in the oddest ways. Those self-help positive thinking books never had this much influence..

Maybe they are just mimicking the idiots on their favorite TV shows.

Well if they want a ‘fundamental transformation’ they ought to go where their evil ideology reigns supreme like Cuba or North Korea.

Let’s be blunt about it – they Hate freedom.

Not for themselves, but for others – they want to do whatever they want and dictate what other people can do.

Freedom for me and not for thee.

I think they’re mindset is one of wanting to ‘punish’ the country for it’s supposed past wrongs.

Well find me a country that also doesn’t have a plethora of past wrongs.

Why are we unique in our guilt?

The USSR DELIBERATELY killed millions, same thing with National Socialist Germany and Communist China and Communist North Korea and Communist Cambodia.

We’re talking DELIBERATE mass murder, not accidentally giving blankets to people that were unknowingly carrying disease.

So why don’t their silly ideas about punishing this country apply to other nations?
