I had to watch the video several times. The scumbag Anthony Waller turned and said something to the deputy. Whatever it was, it probably was intended to insult, and it worked.

Noticably absent from the entire report was any mention of the charges against scumbag Anthony Waller. I suspect the ordinary Speeding +10 cases don't get all the fancy wrist and ankle bling for their court appearances.

I really don't care. There's a 96% chance that the scumbag Anthony Waller is a racist odinga voter. He deserves much worse.
