Just for the sake of discussion, if irrefutable evidence surfaced after Obama left office showing that he was, in fact, born in Kenya, and therefore ineligible to be president, could he be prosecuted? If so, what would be the possible charges?

(Acknowledging that whether or not anyone has the guts to prosecute him is another matter!)

I don’t know about what charges could be filed against him. But over the last couple of months I’ve noticed quite a few articles in the LMSM about the nature of sociopaths & psychopaths. Almost as if the fawning media was greasing the skids for him to step down due to mental illness, if it was revealed that he was either a serial liar or an identity thief.

There is a five year Statute of Limitations on any crime, such as fraud, that Obama might be charged with. The Statute of Limitations proceeds from when the crime was committed.
