Lets legalize mj in more states. For the children... /s
The neighborhood they live in is NOT a ghetto. It’s not the wealthiest ‘hood in town, but not the worst, either. Their block sits next to one of the biggest and nicest protestant churches in town so whose to say they don’t go to church? Many of the gays DO go to church.
Whose to say he was high at the time the child died? And what about his partner? The partner isn’t accused, yet the partner spaced out the kid, too and he’s equally responsible for the welfare of all the kids. Even the other kids in the home spaced out the baby, and kids are usually on top of stuff like that.
I think they overstated the charges so that the Jury will convict on a lesser charge..the one they actually do want.
