Use sound equipment to locate tunnels. Drill into them. Fill with a gaseous fuel-air mix. Detonate the jihadists back to hell whence they came. Repeat as often as needed.

I think the tunnels are too deep for ground penetrating radar, but it seems that some sort of sound/seismic technique, inspired by developments in oil prospecting, might be possible.

Nitrogen. Fuel air needs a good mix and can be smelled. Flood it with nitrogen faster than they can purge it and they all die in the tunnels. Retrieve the bodies and give them to Mossad for identification and intelligence gatherings.
