Actually, the local nurse-in-a-box has greater oversight since they actually get occasional visits from the health department.

I was too. But frankly, I was even more shocked to find out that abortions were more important to "feminists" than to have places that are clean, up-to-code, and safe for the women that feminists purport to defend.

I'm astonished, frankly, with all the rhetoric and hyperbole about how overturning Roe v Wade will lead to septic, back alley abortions ..... when in many (most) cases, back alley abortions is pretty much status quo for today.
