They risked their lives and now they’re risking yours and mine. We had thousands of miles between the US and the ebola capital of the world, a great natural barrier, but our “government” invited ebola in and its here to stay. The doc and nurse new the risks and they shouldnt have been let back in to the country.

Just more strife, peril and chaos foisted on America by our lying president.

Grow up for cripe sake. America is not yet a third world country and you have a greater chance of dying from the influenza virus than the Ebola virus.

So if our top isolation/(currently)Ebola treatment center, which was built 12 years ago to treat CDC employees if they needed it, can safely treat these two missionaries without it escaping, then our ""natural barrier"" remains intact and we are forever safe again???

Also, Ebola has been in numerous labs in the U.S. and Canada already, how do you think they are infecting monkeys and such with it?

There is no barrier. It would be very easy for a person infected with Ebola to come to the USA (whether knowing they were afflicted or not).

Have you been to Africa? I have. Borders are not that secure. People cross back and forth between borders all the time and bribes are paid. Plus there are many non Africans working in Africa. Chinese, Filipino, Vietnamese, etc. These people could cross into a non affected country and then fly from there to any airport in the world including ours.

If the disease does not run its course soon in Africa it is coming here and there is no practical way to keep it out. Bringing those two back under super controlled conditions is not the situation we should be worried about.
