What is ridiculous are the contrived rationalizations not to take action to preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution--a sworn obligation. If Obama legalizes 6 million lawbreakers, issues them work permits and SSN's, and allows them to travel freely in and out of this country, the only Constitutional recourse is impeachment. It really doesn't matter if Obama can be convicted or not.
