Highly doubtful it would happen that way. Their “army” is far more likely to self infect a few jihadis with Ebola and head to NYC, or with a bit more planning, turn a ‘missing’ commercial airliner and/or a container ship into a dirty bomb on US soil or ports. Of course such an event DOES take planning and it would be highly doubtful that Valerie and Bozo wouldn’t at least have some peripheral knowledge beforehand.
