Affirmative actions can’t be fired, they may be given higher positions, but they can’t be fired. She is an affirmative action. So, yes, unless she has been moved to a higher position, she is still employed by the school.

However, PG is so heavily African-American, it’s county board, school board, etc., that they could fire her without any perception of racial bias against her. She has simply cost the school district $350K (plus possible attorney fees, as most civil rights cases are ‘fee shifting’ to the loser), so up to $1M. And she’s caused them incalculable damage to their reputation (such as you and I might think of it). She clearly violated federal laws.
