Here in New York City about 10 years or so ago there was an organized campaign to stop "black-on-black" crime. The MTA (Mass Transit Authority) allowed them to put up posters on city buses. But what exactly are they saying, attack and rob white people??

After typing the above I decided to check to see if there were any such campaigns going on today and found this...
