The anger towards whitey is palpable in certain areas of Philadelphia, the City of Brotherly Love.
We are temporarily living on Chestnut Street (Ronald McDonald House) since July and have been there for a life saving bone marrow transplant at CHOP for our daughter.
U Penn Security seems to hold; the perimeters are obvious. Never the less we had two incidents where it was clear that it was hatred of lour (white) skin that caused an attitude even though my daughter (16) was clearly wearing the “chemo do rag”.
The CHOP (Childrens Hospital) and U Penn officers do not carry as I understand it. Please correct me if wrong.
