Police or vigilantes? Really? What does he mean by vigilantes? Are their organized groups running around and hunting down black people in the USA?

He really does believe that you shouldn't be allowed to defend yourself. I'm pretty sure a "vigilante" is a homeowner/ccw holder who fights back.
