This ‘walking in the street’ is a form of passive aggression.

I see this all the time when I have to cruise to downtown Buffalo. Some moron will cross the street at a nice leisurely pace right in front of you, taking his time and allmost daring you to run him over.

Yes, I’ve seen the ‘walking in the street’ here in Los Angeles. Or ‘walking and screaming’ in the street. You cannot, of course, hit someone while they stop traffic for their own twisted reasons. It is very passive aggressive, and there are elements of society - ‘the dregs’ as the cop said - that are working against a thriving, safe society. AND there are those who will use any excuse to loot, burn, trash things, threaten ‘order’ and cause chaos.

I am on the side of Law & Order, even with all the individuals who are less-than-perfect.
