I frankly didn’t like anything he was in. Ok, Popeye was awesome. That I will have to give him.
My dad loved Mork and Mindy, but I was so put off by the over-the-top “crazy guy” routine even as a little kid. I was always wondering when will he take it down a notch.
I did like him in Patch Adams and Good Will Hunting. He was able to crack the pain of the character Matt Damon played; by sharing his pain, his faults, his mistakes.
Also, Robin loved the troops and took time out of his life and career to spend time with our troops. More then I can say for many of the other left wing Liberals.
