I went over and read what he had to say. I’m willing to listen to the guy. I will say I can see some problems with what took place. I wouldn’t be surprised to see this officer wind up in trouble.

I will say that the street in question is a very large street. Someone walking down it at night is risking a lot because they may not be seen by a tired driver.

Just because a witness is willing to give their name and have their face out there, it’s no proof they have decent motives. This guy could just as easily be a guy with an axe to grind. Who knows.

I don’t seen a fence there. The officer was said to have shot the kid trying to go over a fence.

This is still playing out. Perhaps we’ll get more information as it does.

No, I think the one that was hopping the fence was the case in the 60s that the standard he’s talking about was based on, not the recent incident.
