What in the world is so TERRIFYING about this silly video?
The images at the beginning and end are from The Punisher, the fictional character described by Wikipedia as “a vigilante who employs murder, kidnapping, extortion, coercion, threats of violence, and torture in his war on crime.”
Oh gee, I don't know. I guess I'm just overreacting to what I guess we should all be 'conditioned' to expect from small town cops by now...
