To: Protect the Bill of Rights

By law...in effect for many, many years, a school system cannot ask for any proof of citizenship, proof of legal name, social security number etc. for illegal alien children.

Yet at the same time any child who is a citizen’s child must supply proof of birth, parentage or proof of custody, shot records, and many other things, before they can enroll.

The most stupid thing I encountered was the federal government requiring schools each year to give them the number of illegal alien children, who had been in the country less than five years. Yet at the same time forbidding us under law to ask the parents or children when they had entered the country.

2 sets of rules. The biggest burden is placed upon citizens and legal immigrants.

I remember when the only thing I needed to prove who I am was a birth certificate.

When I renew my driver’s license in 2018 I will need my birth certificate, marriage certificate and social security card. I an 60. Haven’t seen the SS card since I was in my 20’s.

Damn.
