From the article: “I didn’t know exactly what was going on, but I knew it didn’t look right for someone to be wrestling with the police through the police window, “

> This Country is going down the tubes with the blessing of this Administration. Once again Barry had the opportunity to take the high road, ask the community to behave themselves while the Legal system did it’s thing. He didn’t of course. Likes the racial/warfare strife.

Barry has no concept of what it’s like to be black. He was raised as a “white” child going to private schools surrounded with white, Indonesian, and Polynesian children.

How is that any different from what you’re doing?

In addition, I don’t think Barry knows what it is like to be an American.

So police statements are given under oath?

No, but they're legally about the same, which is why statements given to the police are considered admissible testimony in court.

Also, try lying to the police in a statement to them, and see if you don't suffer consequences amazingly similar to those for perjury in court.

Well, in that case, we don't even need a trial!

You are brilliant! This will save us so much money in court costs!

Interesting that it’s not his whole face but only “the side of his face” — probably the left side of his face where his left arm was holding the kid by the neck.

> Witnesses say otherwise”

I once had hundreds of illegal immigrants lie to me on ONE case, many using multiple ID’s. Witnesses often lie when it’s to their benefit. You have to do your homework then backup to look at what the evidence says and see who and what looks credible before you can really give n informed opinion.

Why don’t you wait for other than what has been released by the police dept— which I cite?

Lot’s of people on here are armchair yakkers. The injury is cited, carefully without regard to the facts which will become pertinent on investigation.

I’m not trying to hang anyone....I’m saying based on the 4 facts we know it already looks like a bad shoot.....

According to the police:

Brown had no record

Brown was attempting to flee.

Brown was unarmed.

Brown was shot multiple times.

You know, there are many responses that could have been given to my comment, which was a simple statement of fact.

You're is probably the least intelligent and most emotionally-driven of them all.

Apparently not all witnesses agree.

You misunderstand her statement. She is saying that they were wrestling --

Yes, and Quannell X the rabble-rouser, the NAACP, the MSM and the Attorney must feel proud.

I have no idea what you're arguing, but guilt by association is a fallacious argument.

Say Quannell X the rabble-rouser, the NAACP, the MSM and the Attorney (?) all agree wife beating is bad. If you agree with them that it is bad, does that mean I should conclude that you agree with EVERYTHING these people say? Clearly not, yet that is what you are implying. Will you support wife beating simply because they oppose it? Probably not.

Please debate arguments, don't attack people.

So you’ve seen mine, huh? Lighten up, bub. So what? Welllll... that makes a TV station’s report a clever wording of absolutely... nothing of provenance, where indeed there may be quite a bit. So the morons in social media will soon take over in the agitation department.
