What you are saying is like telling someone its their fault their car got stolen if they forgot to lock the door.

Are you kidding?

I prefer to just shoot guns and feed animals with him.

And listen for the entertainment...

I feel exactly the same way. Usually you would get a more accurate account of things from the police.

What is perplexing in this case, is that the police department hasn’t released the policeman’s account of the incident. It’s almost a week in, and nothing.

That’s right, but if he was going for the cops gun, then could not get it,pulled back out of the window and ran, then the cop started shooting even after the kid turned and put hi hands up,I would say he is in trouble

Different city, same background (with some forensic differences). The fellowship of the hood. Thank you for the ID. My comments stand.

Alexander Hamilton was with Washington at Valley Forge and a lot of other places; doesn’t mean he did always did right.

If you thought that was my claim, you misunderstood.

Imagine a world, not abandoned to political correctness or cowardice. A place where a man goes where he chooses, and takes responsibility for the results. A world where, if you are attacked and defend yourself, you aren't demonized by those who feel they should have a monopoly on force. The same world where, if you attack someone and kill them, you're held responsible for that act. (even if you're a cop)
We can both keep dreaming.

Did you miss the part where he was struggling and fighting against the officer through the window of the officer’s car and then running from the officer? The struggling could be considered “Assault against the peace officer” and the running could be considered “resisting arrest”...a bit different than laws you could break going through your daily life. I imagine he knew he was breaking the law and that’s why he ran...Some people are just being ignorant and idiotic on here!

Per Michael Berry:

Michael Berry
34 mins ·
While on the air this morning, I was sent a picture supposedly of Michael Brown.
It depicted a man who looked like Michael Brown, and in it he aimed a gun at the camera.
I have just learned that the photo is not of Michael Brown.

I should have taken more steps to ensure the picture was what I was told it was. Credibilty is crucial, and I got it wrong.

Witness #3 has come forward — Piaget Crenshaw:

New eyewitnesses detail how Michael Brown ‘did nothing wrong’ before he was shot dead by cop

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2725057/New-witnesses-claim-Michael-Brown-did-wrong-cop-shooting-Missouri.html

as video from the scene shows police pushing teen’s uncle away from his body

Eyewitnesses Tiffany Mitchell and Piaget Crenshaw said on Wednesday that the police officer tried to pull Michael Brown into his patrol vehicle before a shot was fired

Both women confirmed earlier reports that the teen had run from police and then turned around with his hands up - but shots continued to be fired

The 18-year-old died after being shot up to eight times on a street in Ferguson, Missouri on Saturday

Actually on day one after the incident the St Louis Coounty Chief of Police did release the policeman's account or part of it but since that day there has been no follow-up or corroboration because it has turned out to be without merit and contrary the facts as they are coming out.

His claim was that there was initially 1] a struggle for the gun 2] in the front seat of the vehicle 3] where the first shot was fired 4] but nobody was hit.

These 4 lies were thrown out there by the Chief from day one to set the narrative but they are turning out to be bold faced lies wrong on all 4 counts.

And they hadn't even gotten to the 7 other shots that happened after that.

Sounds all too familiar. The cops as of late have exhibited "over the top" behavior, especially with SWAT teams to serve drug warrants.

I have a feeling this cop is going to be thrown to the WOLVES.

Can’t disagree with you there; especially about a world not abandoned to PC. In this case we can’t jump the gun and assume Brown was “attacked”. The officer may have pulled him over as a suspicious person and he may not have liked it. We’ve seen that scene play out before but again that may not be the case either. I also agree if the officer overreacted and used lethal force when there was no reason to he should be held accountable. Cops aren’t above the law. If you think I’m forming opinions based on race you’re wrong. Sure I’m biased but it’s because of past experience and quite a bit of it.

Actually, no, I didn't miss the part where it was claimed that this had happened.
