I believe you may be partially quoting 1 John 3:15 which in full says: "Anyone who hates his brother is a murderer, and you know that no murderer has eternal life in him."
That verse echoes Jesus' teaching about hating another person and being a murderer at heart. Let us be clear on this thread that there is nothing that is too big for God to forgive. Including abortion. Including murder. It's the condition of the person's heart, be it repentant or not, that is the key.
