All the high profile Russian nationals are gone now. Putin has cleared out the personalities to try to give a more low key local flavor to his astroturfed “civil war”.
I don’t think Putin cleared them out . . . it appears to me that they are leaving while they still can. Imagine what your typical Russian mafia member would do.
