The yahoo story that Chip linked said that the deceased was contacted by the officer because there had been an armed robbery just prior and the deceased fit the description.
So now in cases of shootings, armed robberies, rape, will Officers not be able to stop someone who fits a “description” that is not PC? Is this where this will go now? This would explain why the Cop (if he did), think that the deceased might be dangerous. (not deserved of a “hail” of bullets and dead in the street if that is what truly happened)
