The victim looks to be 5’ 5 or so and abou 120 lbs. I bet he thought it was light out as compared to a 6’4” 292 lb black man. Watching MSNBC right now and the meme is he just shoplifted a pack of cigarette. An Alderman is suggesting that the cop didn’t know about the robbery when he stopped him. How he comes to that conclusion is a mystery.
