I just read it at Brietbart. He appears to take issue with the fact that blacks don’t “walk six blocks” into white areas to do their dirty work. So he thinks that the rioting blacks need to go visit their thuggery upon innocent whites, instead of just destroying their own ghettos?

That's how I read it. The only smart thing he says in the rant is about Sharpton taking advantage of the situation(s).
