In this day and age I think for a black person to come out and state this is now about race and you can get where you want based on your skills and hard work is being very brave as many do not want to hear that message.
Yes they can move ahead, the issue is ‘recognizing’ that anyone who does have a race issue with them they need to move beyond that “obstacle” as they would any other rejection or roadblock in their way of people with twisted attitudes about life. ....And it's never en easy thing to move beyond or work around difficult people.
