This governor is a spoil little brat who is clearly not leader of anything...He could not lead a boy scout event..
If he goes off his little prepared speech, he’s a lost little spoiled wimp...Watch his demeanor, expressions and body language...And all the people standing up there with him seem as helplessly lost as he is...

When he had to go off script, he was a deer in headlights. One spark from the crowd and it would have all been over.
