A reporter from the station tweeted that police cars were seen driving past some of the stores being looted and did not respond. Protesters could be seen outside until 6 a.m.
Two store owners, standing outside their business holding guns, told Fox2Now.com that when they called 911, they were sent from one police agency to another, and got no response.
"There's no police," one of the owners said. "We trusted the police to keep it peaceful; they didn't do their job."
Take those paragraphs to heart. This isn't even a SHTF scenario and the police with all the tacticool gear can barely keep a lid on things.
Buy guns, band together, protect yourselves. That's the way Americans need to think from now on.
If the police refuse to protect store owners, shouldn’t they get a refund on their taxes?

I have to winder if the police were told to ignore it. When dealing with people like this, a squad car is not enough. I think Fugerson PD had it right, have the heavy hardware ready to go, and once it stats to get out of hand move in. These rioters only know violence.

Get to know your neighbors... Make some plans... check your supplies... You don't have to be a prepper(?)...just a bit more prudent about the protection of you and yours...
