Don't worry, it's very unlikely you'll die from food handled by an infected person but you COULD.

I’d be easy to get ebola by handling food products handled by someone with ebola. Not so much the food but the packaging could easily retain sweat or even blood, vomit, or feces.

Heck the typical gas pump handle has Ecoli on it.
