I’m in no position to argue, nor would I want to, with Dr Levy. The idea that Western immune systems are stronger thanks to our diet, and increasing Vitamin c, would help to both protect us from the virus and potentially provide a cure makes sense. I know we take Vitamin C here, and up it in winter, tho not to the levels you’ve shown, just to deal with common colds. Thanks for the info..
We make our own liposomal Vitamin C. I sent you a private reply with instructions for making it.
Vitamin D is also very important. Keep your Vitamin D3 levels up. Get what you can from sun exposure. We supplement 10,000 iu a day of D3. And that is year round. Here in northeastern Ohio we do not get much from the sun.
Other things too...Astazanthin, for instance.
