Bullet entry and body/extremity position would be easily established with clothing evidence.

MB was wearing a t-shirt so clothing evidence might be of little value.

That said , cops are taught to shoot at the biggest part of a target, (center torso).

Would someone shooting at center torso be more likely to hit an arm 4 times if the arms were raised in the air or down at one's side?
