he is now proven to have just robbed a store and assaulting the store keeper (caught on camera). And is now proven to have been on drugs (autopsy). It is also a known fact that he was a giant at 6'4”+ and nearly 300 pounds.
So you have an obviously enraged, drugged out man who just got through assaulting and robbing a store who encounters a cop and decides to fight and gets killed in the process.
I don't consider that unfortunate at all! hell, that very FORTUNATE for the community which will no longer have to be terrorized by this giant thug drugged out thief and robber!
An arrest won't be enough. An indictment won't be enough. Him getting fired won't be enough. A conviction won't be enough. Anything less than a death penalty for murder 1 won't be enough (by the way, that ain't happening, so don't get your hopes up).
I wonder what would happen if some low-life walked into HER house, took some of her things and walked out, and a cop was out front, able to stop the guy, and just let him walk by because "robbery isn't a shootable offence" or whatever nonsense they're firing off today.
