I think perhaps that he means the tape clearly showed excessive force on tape, I think it’s undeniable. The local courts found that while it may be excessive it was justifiable based on Mr King’s actions, hence the rioting.
I thought that was excessive force too... Then again I also felt OJ killed his wife - and never felt I had the right to riot because OJ walked.
