Right now, there are no credible witnesses that can attest to a bad shoot and the autopsy report, by the families autopsy team, supports the officers account of the incident. There was a spent case and powder residue found inside of his police vehicle as well. He also received some injuries in the altercation and received medical treatment for those injuries that night. So there is more documentation and evidence to support his statements.
If it goes to trial it will not be tried there. This new acting chief moron just blew that one with his statement about Michael Brown.
If this goes to trial look for a huge union push of support for Officer Wilson in both time and money. The local officers can not have any confidence in this new leadership that is praising a strong armed robber felon/pot head over his own uncharged Officer and decorated officer.
If he is tried he will not be convicted. Whatever happens then is all because of the lack of enforcing the laws and letting this get way out of hand.
The punk co-felon who lied all over the social media should be charged with inciting a riot. He has caused a lot of private property damage to many people who have investments of time and money in local businesses.
