How would that be legal for the family to go first? Their doctor removed bullets.

Wouldn’t defense be entitled to an impartial state autopsy first before the body is touched by anyone else?

As far as I know, or heard, the State of Missouri Coroner/ME did the first autopsy, then the family examiner. After the State does their autopsy they release the body to the family.

I think this trial is going to be the battle of the ‘experts’ against the State ME. A real circus.

I thought the county had already completed their autopsy and I would think they would have removed the bullets.

If the family's examiner removed the bullets that would be disturbing.
