It’s hard to see how the wounds to the arm could happen if Brown was shot while holding them up. People don’t raise their arms directly over their head, but hold them a bit to either side. If the officer was bent on killing Brown, why would he fire the first three shots so far up and away?
Agree. But the Brown family attorney begs to differ. He says the autopsy proves Big Mike had his arms up in the air....and that the shots entered the back, exited the front.
