laura Ingraham interviewed on her radio show a Kuwaiti immigrant who runs a store and knew Mike Brown, says he’s friends with a relative of Brown, said MB was never a problem to him... BUT, he would not discuss the infamous video of Sasquatch Brown assaulting a shopkeeper.

I am dubious that pot was the chief thing on which Mike was high, if he was high. Potheads DO tend to be mellow, if stupified. Brown was about as unmellow as they get. Yeah, unlike alcohol, pot is detectable in your system for a month or more.
He may well have been stoned out of his mind, but we'd need to be told the toxicity levels before that could be determined.
From my reading of various accounts of what happened, the shooting may well have been justified, but trying to tie this to pot is silly without more information.

I agree. Brown would have to have been mellow if he had pot in his system. Thus, it may follow that if he wasn’t mellow, the cop may have been the one dead.

But the pharmacokinetics of cocaine or meth, especially when smoked, are such the drug is out of the system much more quickly than marijuana.Agree, but if it was a factor in this incident it will still be in the system.

I don’t agree.
You’re assuming the effects of the drug is only during the high.
The effects continue well after the high is gone and drug is out of the system.
In fact, one can argue that the possibility for anger and irritation and a violent action is greater when the drug has been out of the system for a while.

In fact, one can argue that the possibility for anger and irritation and a violent action is greater when the drug has been out of the system for a while. Then it won't be a legal factor. it won't be allowed in any trial, so it's meaningless.

Fair enough.
It is true, though.
