Could be his lawyer after the autopsy showed he lied when he said the thug was shot in the back!!
But I heard on Megyn Kelly tonight, I think from the coroner, that he did receive one shot in the back. Maybe I heard wrong, but I thought he said that the autopsy did not provide any conclusive evidence to either side.
