I also saw case 13SL-CR12675-01 already and wondered if it was the same Michael Brown. Like you said “There are hundreds of criminal charges against ‘Michael Browns’ in Missouri.

That caught my attention too. My question is, If the Troy, MO Michael Brown is only 17 years old, HE IS A JUVENILE. Juvenile records are confidential, SO WHY IS CASE 13SL-CR12675-01 APPEARING ON CASENET???

What explanation can there be for a juvenile criminal record to be appearing on a public website? Was there a typo error and the year of birth should be 1996? Or did some clerk make a serious error in mistakenly posting a juvenile’s criminal records?

I’m not saying this Troy Brown is the shooting victim. Maybe he is and maybe he isn’t. But his year of birth should cause some controversy, don’t you think?

It doesn’t particularly trouble me. At seventeen and with those violent felonies, I assume Michael R. Brown of Troy, Missouri was charged as an adult.
