The administration is looking in the wrong direction as usual.
Instead of dealing with a criminal act, perhaps an overreacted response, PERHAPS, Obama is looking at Police armaments and equipment.

This reminds me of when Obama and Clinton said that the Benghazi attack was not a terror attack but vented Muslim anger at the showing of a film by a film student.
