My guess is AS was hired by a client (could be a private business OR the city of Ferguson) to scope out the agent provocateurs in the rioting crowd, segregate them, and remove them. These guys know what they’re doing. And if you followed the trail of tweets last night, you read that THAT’s exactly what was happening.
