I would take my classes off schedule when there was a lesson to be learned from current events. Years later, they remembered the day we did nothing but discuss Terri Schiavo. Another day we acted out a kidnapping (not the murder) of a girl in Florida several years ago. I was never reprimanded by the admin. and never heard anything from the parents. Take that back, we were always in trouble for getting loud.
So was “Brown” shot in the back? Or turned with his hands up? Or the latest version, turned and kneeling with his hands up?
The “facts” are malleable as needed to support the narrative: “execution”.
I guess if you’re not going to teach them reading, writing, arithmetic and history, you’ve got to find something for them to do to keep them busy in between trips to the cafeteria.

Child abuse. Pure and simple. Someone call the authorities at DFS on this loser “educator”.
If the 6th graders did that on their own, they’d be suspended and undergo counseling. She needs to think about her own opinions interfering with EDUCATION, while she’s off with NO PAY.
