I would say it's a pretty safe bet that if ISIS was only beheading non-Muslims, he would be utterly mum.

You’re correct. He is afraid of IS starting to attack inside Saudi Arabia. Secondly Ali he mentions us the first Shia Imam in Shia 12ers. Saudis being Sunni & Wahabi usually don’t have much respect for Ali at all.
