- Star witness previously filed a false police report.
- Star witness falsely claimed shot in back.
- Family autopsy done by a person who is not a doctor, not certified by anyone but himself.
- Video of Brown robbing a store and getting physical with the store clerk.
- Pot found in Brown's system. Further toxicology reviews to come.
- Claims of Brown having a prior juvenile record including violence, theft, and even 2nd degree murder.
- Officer has a broken eye socket from Brown's attack.

IOW, total B.S. from the gitgo, and the powers that be (media, etc.) figured the rioters of Ferguson would be too stupid to know (or care about) the difference.

The autopsy was performed by a doctor. He was the former chief medical examiner for NYC.
