Hey, let Obama take the heat and the GOP can go into their phony act of not being able to do anything about it.
The GOPe is on board because their Chamber of Commerce money donors want it. But they don't want to have to vote for it...because they're scared shitless of their base.
If Obama does it, they get what they want -- but don't have to pay a political price.
