The facts that seem undisputed, and in these situations that is so rare, are that an unarmed eighteen year old named Michael Brown was walking in a street. An altercation occurred with a police officer. Undisputed is that the officer gave chase to Mr. Brown after the scuffle and shot Mr. Brown, at least once in the back.

A bit of digging? All I did was google his name.
Brown, a black 300lb FUG (Feral Urban Gibsmedat), performed a Strong-Arm robbery at a Quick-Mart store with his (already wanted by police) accomplice (caught on videotape).
Shortly thereafter, Brown and his accomplice attempted to rob a white, on-duty police officer (who was investigating the Quick-Mart Robbery) of his service weapon (using the same Strong-Arm approach seen on videotape during the Quick-Mart robbery).
After the white police officer resisted the robbery attempt/beat down, and fired his weapon in self-defense, Brown and his accomplice initially fled.
However, Brown, the black 300lb FUG, quickly returned to the scene and initiated a second attack on the police officer.
Refusing to halt his attack when directed by the officer, Brown's life was terminated with multiple shots from the same service weapon Brown had earlier attempted to take away from the officer.
It will be interesting to see what subsequent information releases contain.
I would like to know if it is true that Baden did not do the autopsy.
Only difference from St Louis ME is Parcells/Baden says one of the arm wounds MAY come from behind and some if his arms were raised but not necessarily.
I don’t know whether the cop was justified or not. That is irrelevant vis a vis the unacceptable riots, they better be over.
