yet he travels home almost exclusively via private charter plane at $4,400 per trip and sends the bill to taxpayers. And why would the US government pay for such private travel? Or, what sort of self-serving laws did the scoundrels pass to allow such excess at taxpayer expense?

I lived in WV while he was governor. I remember hearing tales that he never carried cash and that his staff paid for everything, often without being reimbursed by the governor. He was widely known as a tightwad.

Notice this coward waited until he was retiring before he made this slander about his constituents. This punk knew he could never be re-elected and he ain't happy about it.
